Frequently Asked Questions

Q. When do I need to reserve?
We highly recommend you call at least 1 week before your event, however we may still have openings on the day you want the moonwalk.

Q. Is a deposit required, When, Where?
Yes, just $25 ASAP – we operate on a 1st pay deposit basis. If a 2nd person calls and secures the rental with a deposit they will receive the unit.

Q. When do I pay the remaining balance?
At setup, full payment must be made or we will not setup.

Q. What if it rains on the date I choose?
If you call & cancel prior to delivery, we may offer a courtesy credit towards another rental good for 30 days and subject to availability. No refunds. This is because we could have still rented to indoor & tented parties.

Q. Can the inflatable be setup on asphalt or gravel?
We do not setup on gravel, but with advance notice can accommodate setup on asphalt. However, the most ideal place is on the lawn in a level spot.

Q. How far can the unit be setup from the outlet?
Approximately 25 feet. We can extend an additional 25 feet if necessary.

Q. Can I use water on a DRY SLIDE?
No, dry slides do not have a pool area for the water slide landing.

Q. Does the rental come with a generator?
No, but we rent generators. Please see products. Park & Recreation Board 254-2391.

Q. What if my circuit breaker trips?
We will leave your moonwalk & blower in your setup location where you can simply plug and start once your power situation is solved. However, we strongly suggest you rent a generator if 2 or more electrical items are used for your event to eliminate the use of your power especially for older facilities. Unfortunately we do specialize in such building electrical matters, but you may also try to run your power from different areas of your facility.

Q. What if I’m running late to my location?
Designate someone to be there to sign & pay or you will forfeit your rental. Call ahead if you know you’re running late. We may be able to reschedule your rental after our last drop off. Since other people are also awaiting their deliveries for special events; we have a 15 minute wait policy.

Q. How long does it take to setup?
Approximately 10-15 min’s. Have a your area cleared, the power source/hose pipe ready.

Deposit Rules

  • Each unit requires a non-refundable $25 deposit to hold for an event.
  • The balance must be paid prior to taking possession of the equipment.
  • Cancellations made 3 days or more prior to reservation date will be credited to next rental. Cancellations made 2 days or less will forfeit deposit.


Moonwalk Rental Rules

  • Lessee assumes all risk and responsibility for rental while in his/her possession.
  • Adult supervision of all children required at all times.
  • Removal of all shoes required prior to using Equipment.
  • All sharp objects must be kept away and from inside of Equipment.
  • All pets must be kept away and from inside of Equipment.
  • No jumping on interior/exterior walls, nets, & sides.
  • All food, drinks, and snacks must be kept away and from inside of Equipment.
  • Everyone is to stay out of Equipment during Strong Winds and Thunder Storms and it is to be unplugged.
  • Abide by weight capacity constraints.
  • No water on dry slides.
